Who we are

Allied Edge ("we," "us," or "our") provides therapy practice consulting and related growth services. We are based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Contact: hello@alliededge.ca.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Contact and inquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, practice information) via forms, email, or booking tools.
• Email addresses and related details when you request a free resource (such as the Intake Conversion Playbook), a website review, or a calculator scenario.
• Payment and billing details when you purchase services (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Usage data such as pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location, via analytics or advertising tags where enabled (including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads).
• Communications you send us related to consulting, services, or support.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls
• Deliver consulting and productized services you request
• Process payments and send transactional emails
• Deliver requested free resources and, with your consent, send related practice growth emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve our website, services, and marketing effectiveness
• Comply with legal obligations

Where Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) applies, we obtain consent before sending commercial electronic messages, identify Allied Edge as the sender, and include an unsubscribe link. Consent records (including timestamp and consent language) may be stored so we can demonstrate compliance.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client clinical data; our work is business consulting for practice owners, not clinical care.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate our business, including hosting (e.g. Vercel), database/storage (e.g. Supabase), email delivery (e.g. Resend), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (Cal.com), and advertising/analytics platforms (e.g. Google). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Cookies and tracking

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement (including Google Ads conversion tracking). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including Canadian privacy legislation), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email hello@alliededge.ca to make a request. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message we send.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
