Agreement
By accessing alliededge.ca or purchasing consulting or productized services from Allied Edge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
Allied Edge provides business consulting, coaching, and marketing/implementation services for therapy and allied health practice owners. We do not provide clinical therapy, medical advice, or regulated healthcare services. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific revenue, client volume, or ranking results.
Purchases and payments
Productized services and retainers are billed as described on the relevant service or order pages. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscription or retainer services may require a minimum commitment as disclosed at purchase.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access needed to deliver services (e.g. website, Google Business Profile, or ad accounts). You remain responsible for compliance with your professional college, advertising rules, and applicable laws.
Intellectual property
Site content, frameworks, templates, and materials we create remain Allied Edge property unless a written agreement assigns ownership. You receive a license to use deliverables for your practice as intended. You may not resell or redistribute our materials without permission.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may update or discontinue site features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allied Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
